Description
Having years of experience in the camera industry, our camera light seal foam is sourced from a government MOD manufacture/supplier here in the UK.
This ensures our demanding specification of matched Japan Camera Industrial Standards, (JCIS) are met. We stipulate a high density, +- 0.01 thickness tolerance with high value compression rates.
Guaranteeing you quality and years of reliable service.
Simply put, if we’re not happy, we know you will not be either.

So far I have replaced the light seals on the following cameras with this kit:
Minolta XG-1
Minolta X-570
2 x Olympus Pen EE-3
Still lots of material left!
Quality of foam is great with high and low density included (less and more squishy).
The felt included is great for replacing long thin seals at the top and bottom of the door. Cutting it to the right thickness is an art form but there is plenty of material for getting it just right.
Pre-cut felt strips would be easier but I’m not sure if this would work for all cameras.
One question… I have only used sticky back foam so far. Where should the non sticky stuff be used and what glue to use?
Would recommend this kit to anyone who has a craft knife and a leaky camera. Good materials and easy to use.

There is enough foam in this to repair a ton of cameras.
Great quality of foam, really easy to use, most of it is self adhesive so it’s a plus.
Would recommend !

Ordered on Friday 28-08-20 arrived next morning. Excellent quality materials. Spent several hours cleaning old stuff off camera (Yashica FR1) and with a scapel, lots of patience and a steady hand have replaced all the foam and felt.
Looks like new again. Plenty left for more refurb jobs.
Highly recommended.

Quick delivery to France. Quality product and reasonable price. I’ve just fixed my Canonet QL17. It’s true what they say – fitting the seals is the easy part, it’s the cleaning the old stuff that takes the time. Ready to attack my Canonet 28 now! Thanks.

I bought the bumper foam repair kit to cure light leaking into my old Yashica FR1.
From order to the package landing on my door mat was less than 24 hours – very efficient.
It took me a couple of hours to do the job (fat fingers!) it worked and the camera is back in regular service.
And I have plenty of material for the next camera too.
Thank you Millys Cameras
