Evri Next Day Delivery is available for all orders placed before 10am. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 48 hours.

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked for next day delivery is available for all orders placed Mon-Friday before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm, and at the weekend, will be delivered within 48 hours.

Dispatch Times

We ship all orders placed Monday through to Friday the same day. Weekend orders placed will be shipped on Monday. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for damaged or missing goods, not including postage costs.

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or information regarding missing goods.

Once we have received your request, we will investigate the issue and issue a refund if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the goods.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Goods that have been damaged or lost due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
  • Goods that have been returned to us without their original packaging.
  • Goods that are no longer in stock.
