We accept orders from the EU on our website, but we encourage our EU customers to shop through our eBay store. Using eBay allows us to deliver your orders faster and without any handling charges, thanks to their IOSS and VOEC numbers.

Please note that we do not collect IOSS or VOEC on this website. As a result, you may be charged these taxes by your local customs on orders placed here. To avoid these additional charges, we recommend placing your order through our eBay link below.

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked for next day delivery is available for all orders placed Mon-Friday before 15:30. Orders placed after this, and at the weekend, will be processed on the following/next working day.

Dispatch Times

We aim to ship all orders placed Monday through to Friday on the same day. Weekend orders placed will be shipped on Monday. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

UK Refund Policy

We offer refunds for damaged or missing goods, not including postage costs.

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or information regarding missing goods.

Once we have received your request, we will investigate the issue and issue a refund if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the goods.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Goods that have been damaged or lost due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
  • Goods that have been returned to us without their original packaging.
  • Goods that are no longer in stock.

International Returns & Refunds Policy & Import Duties

  1. Responsibility for Import Duties & Taxes

By placing an order on our website, customers outside the UK—including those in the EU—acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

  1. Refused Deliveries & Return Costs

If a customer refuses to pay import duties, leading to the package being returned to us, the following conditions apply:

  • Original Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable – We will deduct the original shipping fee from any refund.
  • Return Fees Will Be Deducted – Any fees we incur for the package being returned (including return shipping and customs handling fees) will also be deducted from the refund.
  • Restocking Fee – If applicable, a restocking fee of 5% may be deducted.
  1. Refund Process for Returned Orders

Once the returned package is received in its original condition, we will issue a refund minus the deductions outlined in Section 2. If the package is lost, damaged, or incurs extra customs fees upon return, any additional costs will be deducted or, in extreme cases, no refund will be issued.

  1. No Refund for Abandoned Packages

If a refused order is not returned to us and is instead destroyed or abandoned by customs, no refund will be issued.
